Why this role exists: growth leads to high-stakes cross-functional initiatives outside any one team. This role owns those initiatives, working with the VP Strategic Initiatives and ExCo to ship outcomes. What you'll own: lead selected priority initiatives end-to-end, framing problems, driving cross-functional work, doing analysis, and reporting progress. Requirements: 5–10 years in top-tier management consulting and/or VC-backed scale-up; exceptional analytical capabilities; structured thinker; comfortable with ambiguity; fluent in French and English.
