Sales Manager

We are looking for a full-time sales manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing significant existing customer accounts and growing new customer portfolios in Central Finland, focusing on sales in Jyväskylä and Kuopio regions. You will independently contact customers, negotiate, prepare offers, and process orders, supported by a strong expert team. We will build a role tailored to you in our sales team. You should have solid experience and proven success in security technology sales. Experience in lock sales is a plus but not mandatory. The most important thing is your passion to achieve results without compromising customer experience. If you also understand project execution, that is a definite advantage. You are determined, organized, proactive in solution sales, and able to communicate fluently in Finnish and English. You naturally get along with different people and have a strong service attitude. You negotiate smoothly and convincingly. You are confident and reliable, with a positive, straightforward team-player attitude, creating a good working environment. This role may suit you if you are a team player capable of working independently, think business-oriented, and can prioritize effectively even in busy situations. The role requires a B-driver's license and readiness to travel within Central Finland. A clean criminal record and a security guard card are also required.
