Production / Testing Worker

We are seeking a production/testing worker for hydraulic components testing and quality assurance for our client in the Salo area. Location: Salo area, about a 15 minute drive from Salo centre. Employment: long-term, full-time. Pay: approximately €15–16 per hour depending on skills and experience. Working hours: mainly day shift with readiness for two-shift work. The role suits technically oriented, meticulous individuals interested in QA, fault finding and examining product operation. You will handle hydraulic components in an industrial production/test environment. Your daily tasks include: testing finished products; disassembling products and components for inspection; visually and technically inspecting parts; identifying faults and deviations; documenting observations in systems; other QA-related tasks. What we expect from you: relevant technical education or equivalent experience; background in metalwork, mechanical/production engineering, vehicle assembly or other technical tasks; good comprehension and interest in fault finding; precise and careful work approach; solid basic IT skills for documentation; sufficient Finnish to understand work instructions and document observations. Whether you are at the start of your career or more experienced, the crucial factor is suitable technical background, willingness to learn and interest in studying product operation. Additional advantages: hydraulics experience; heavy equipment installation or maintenance experience; experience in industrial assembly/testing/QA tasks; experience in technical fault-finding.
