Vacancy for a shift supervisor at Hesburger Rovaniemi, part-time temporary position (~90 hours over 3 weeks) starting in October 2026. As the Hesburger shift supervisor you will lead the restaurant’s daily operations in a fast-paced environment and ensure an excellent customer experience in every shift. You will be responsible for shift smoothness, task division, schedules and service quality, and you will foster a motivating work atmosphere where the team succeeds together. Your work will influence restaurant profitability, staff wellbeing, and customer satisfaction. You should have prior experience with Hesburger concepts or team-leading roles, be solution-oriented, positive, and able to create a good mood for customers and colleagues, communicate fluently in Finnish (other languages a plus), be of legal age, be a clear and encouraging communicator, adapt to digital tools, keep things under control in busy times, and be able to work according to Hesburger’s opening hours. In this role you will also be expected to manage the daily operations and ensure planning. The salary for this position falls under the travel, restaurant and leisure services collective agreement, and ranges from €14.37 to €15.57 per hour depending on previous experience, plus a performance bonus of up to €1.69 per hour.
