As we grow, we are now looking for several welders for permanent positions in Kangasniemi. The role is suitable for both an experienced professional and a motivated welder who has the basics of the field under control and a genuine desire to learn new things. The job As a welder, you will work on varied MIG and MAG welding tasks. Products include, for example, masts, poles, columns and various steel structures. Work is carried out both on lifting tables and with the help of a turning machine. The materials to be welded are mainly steel, and material thicknesses vary from approximately 2 to 16 mm. Work is mainly on a day shift with flexible working hours. However, we hope you are prepared for occasional two-shift work. Pay is determined according to your experience and skills. What we expect from you We hope you have: - MIG and MAG welding skills - Welding-related training or practical work experience - The ability to follow work instructions and agreed working methods carefully and safely - A willingness to learn, flexibility and a motivated attitude. Experience using a turning machine is considered an advantage, but the most important things are the ability to learn new things and to work carefully. The required welding qualifications can be completed during employment. Work will begin as soon as suitable people are found.
