We are seeking a motivated and child-loving Swedish-speaking leader for Strömborgska School's after-school program in Borgå. Working hours are 16 hours per week, mainly on weekdays between 12:00 and 17:00. The work starts in September 2026. The leader's duties include planning, implementing and developing the after-school program together with the team. A successful performance requires professional education suitable for the task and/or experience in leading groups of children. We hope you are initiative-minded, creative and have an energetic and responsible approach to the work. We offer interesting work, a positive working environment and support and training. In the role you will be able to use your strengths in activities such as movement, crafts, nature, creative activities, music, theatre and media literacy. Monthly salary 945.70€/month + experience supplement, according to the collective agreement for private early childhood education.
