Your Role:\nWe’re looking for a skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join our expanding team. You will be working on projects across residential and commercial sectors from planning to construction. Essential Skills and Experience include a degree in Architecture, or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology / related discipline. Minimum 3 years' experience as an Architectural Technician/Technologist. Strong experience delivering both commercial and residential developments. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations & planning processes. Experience producing technical packages and construction documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Full right to work in the UK. Desirable: Experience with large-scale residential developments, Knowledge of Building Safety Act requirements and Gateway processes, Experience mentoring junior staff and leading technical teams.
