The school is a multicultural, unified primary school in Espoo, located in Leppävaara with excellent transport links. It currently serves about 640 students and 70 adult staff. Teaching qualifications are determined by the regulation no 986/98 of eligibility requirements for the teaching staff. In accordance with section 9, a basic education teacher must have excellent oral and written Finnish. We also consider non‑eligible applicants for fixed-term roles. The candidate must demonstrate good cooperation and group-management skills and a responsible and proactive approach for the welfare of the entire work community. In addition, ability to accommodate diverse learners in practical teaching is required. The selected candidate must produce a criminal background check as required by §6.2 of the Criminal Records Act. We value experience in teaching S2 students.
