We are seeking a motivated, sensitive and pedagogically curious early years teacher for Pilke Omppula! As an early years teacher you support and promote children's growth, development and learning. You master the contents of early childhood education curricula and can implement them in practice. You plan, assess and develop the pedagogical activities of the child group and are partly responsible for the realization of high-quality pedagogy in your unit. You have a strong pedagogical approach, a positive and active attitude, good interaction skills and the ability to meet children genuinely.
