Foreman

WasaCon Oy is recruiting foremen for new projects as the company continues to grow. We are seeking similar foremen for new upcoming sites in the Ostrobothnia (Pohjanmaa) and South Ostrobothnia (Etelä-Pohjanmaan) regions for permanent, full-time employment. As a supervising foreman you will be responsible for the contractually agreed and productive execution of your site, ensure progress of different work phases, and monitor timelines, finances and quality. You will also direct and manage subcontractors and be responsible for the safety of your own site. In addition, you will oversee the planning and execution of your duties on site, ensuring progress, quality control and safety. We look for colleagues with experience in similar tasks, who approach work in a planned, independent and proactive manner, and who demonstrate good collaboration and communication skills. Proficiency in Finnish, both written and spoken, is an essential requirement. Suitable educational background is either a construction foreman (rakennusmestari) or a construction engineer (rakennusinsinööri); recent graduates are also welcome.
