Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are hiring an Early Childhood Education Teacher for Havukallion Daycare in Vantaa. Havukallion Daycare serves five groups and has recently renovated facilities, enabling staff to create engaging and effective learning environments. The pedagogy emphasises emotional and social skills as well as language development, with attention to each child individually and encouraging participation. The role includes collaboration with experienced colleagues and supporting student teachers on field placement and mentoring future professionals. We value flexibility, development-mindedness, and cooperative teamwork to provide high-quality pedagogy for children. Proficiency in Finnish, both spoken and written, is required.
