Are you looking to work in the heart of Lapland’s winter season? We have a position for you as Reception Shift Supervisor in the joint Scandic Rovaniemi City, Scandic Pohjanhovi and Scandic Polar team. The reception is the heart of the hotel, and as shift supervisor you ensure smooth operation in every shift, support and guide the reception team, ensure day-to-day flow, and act as a role model in creating customer experiences. The role requires strong operational mindset, people leadership, and sales-mindedness. Your responsibilities include taking care that each guest interaction also becomes an opportunity to add value and create a memorable experience. The winter season runs from October to the end of March. We are seeking a Reception Shift Supervisor for a fixed-term seasonal contract, 90h/3 weeks, with pay according to MaRaVa TES (15.60-16.93 €/h) plus allowances depending on prior experience.
