Reception Supervisor

We are looking for a Reception Shift Supervisor to work during the Lapland winter season. The role supports and guides the reception team, ensuring smooth operations in every shift, and exemplifies customer experience. It involves strong operational orientation, people leadership, and sales-mindedness. You will ensure every customer interaction adds value and builds an memorable experience. The winter season runs from October to the end of March. The position is fixed-term for the season, 90 hours per 3 weeks, with pay according to MaRaVa collective agreement: 15.60–16.93 €/h plus bonuses, depending on prior experience. Requirements include experience and training in the field, supervisory experience, independent and responsible work attitude, decision-making in demanding situations, and sales-minded thinking. Fluency in Finnish and English is required.
