Vanajaveden Opisto is a vibrant and multidisciplinary adult education institute operating in the Hämeenlinna region and part of Koulutuskuntayhtymä Tavastia. It offers information technology education for seniors in Hämeenlinna, Janakkala and Hattula for the 2026–2027 academic year. The digital clubs meet once a week for three teaching periods in the afternoons. Teaching begins at the start of September. Courses are currently planned for the autumn term, with a possible continuation in spring 2027 for the teaching role. We are looking for hourly instructors who are able to teach small groups and develop seniors’ digital skills. Pay and other terms of employment are determined according to OVTES (Section F).
