Mine Supervisor

We are looking for mine supervisors for the Kemi mine to start around year-end 2026/2027. As a supervisor, you will oversee daily shift leadership, ensure safe work and production flow in collaboration with other parts of the organization and the shift leaders, under the chief supervisor. Key tasks include: operational shift leadership and task organization, safety compliance, monitoring production goals, reporting and addressing deviations. Requirements: prior mining experience, supervision or multi-year production experience, good communication and cooperation skills, safety-focused attitude, and willingness for shift work. For the role of chief supervisor for rigging operations, you will oversee rigging activities, lead daily operations, ensure efficient resource use, and maintain safety and quality across all stages. You will work closely with the client, site management and company leadership, plan and coordinate work phases, ensure quality and safety requirements, and provide ongoing reporting and development.
