Sales Assistant

S-market Kaarina is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Kaarina. This is a fixed-term part-time position of 20 hours per week. Start date to be determined by agreement. The role involves creating a high-quality customer experience and working at the cash register and in the daily goods department. Responsibilities include shelf replenishment, picking robot orders, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness. The job is physical and requires moving items and standing for long periods; shifts are varied and may occur on weekdays and weekends between 05:50 and 22:10. We value a positive, proactive attitude, willingness to take on diverse tasks, and teamwork; previous experience in similar roles is a plus. Salary is based on the Trade Sector collective agreement, with hourly pay between €10.89 and €14.57, plus evening/weekend allowances and an incentive bonus of up to €1.20 per worked hour.
