The role combines B2B sales and people skills. In this role, you will manage and grow an existing client portfolio, identify top sales talents, and act as an advisor to clients by presenting suitable candidates. You will work with a supportive team including a full-time interviewer and marketing team, allowing you to focus on core tasks. Success in recruitment brings the satisfaction of helping candidates advance their careers, solving client challenges, and earning high commissions. Why choose TalentFlow? We offer a strong commission model: €2000 fixed base salary + 20% commission on closed deals (typically €200–€500 per deal). The expected monthly income is €4000–€6000. You will have immediate access to existing clients, full support from the team, and growth opportunities in a startup environment. The work is hybrid, with a focus on initial onboarding at the office in Espoo. We are looking for someone who understands sales psychology and is willing to take responsibility. Requirements include at least 2 years of experience in B2B service or solution sales. Experience in recruitment, assessing candidate potential, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset are advantageous. The role involves invoicing, either as a freelancer or through a company.
