Care Assistant

A Finnish-language care role in Hämeenlinna at Esperi Hoivakoti Teerimäki. The position is full-time, permanent, and involves 3-shift work. The nurse aide supports residents’ functioning, well-being, and independence; provides individualised, high-quality care; participates in medication administration; encourages residents to engage in activities and outdoor work; prepares assessments and documentation for care planning; and helps create a safe, homely living environment with the team. The salary follows the private social services collective agreement; starting base wage ranges from 2493.06 to 2719.93 EUR per month depending on experience (G20C level), effective 1 September 2026. Requirements include a Lähihoitaja qualification, valid medication permissions, hygienic passport, infection-control vaccination, social and health sector professional card, good Finnish language skills (B1), and a criminal-record extract.
