CSA Supervisor

Enersense Engineering is looking for experienced CSA Supervisor to support a major data centre construction project in Helsinki, Finland. The role will be responsible for supervising and coordinating Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages on site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient execution of works in line with project requirements. Main tasks and responsibilities include managing coordination of CSA work packages, supervising site activities, leading site safety, overseeing quality assurance, supporting planning, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining documentation, reviewing drawings, conducting inspections, supporting change management, and assisting with project close-out. Requirements include minimum 7 years experience in construction supervision or site-based role, experience with large-scale CSA works, strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural activities, ability to supervise subcontractors, understanding of safety and quality systems, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, degree in Engineering or equivalent, and English skills.
