Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator for Kivistö Daycare in Vantaa for a permanent position starting 1 September 2026 or by agreement. The daycare is located in a quiet residential area and runs four groups for children aged 1–5 years, with access to a large forest yard and a recently renovated bright interior that enables diverse activities. We work as a professional, participative and dynamic team, and you will participate in developing early childhood education and your own work with opportunities to experiment and collaborate together. In a multidisciplinary environment you will receive support from colleagues, specialist teachers, developers and leaders. Our unit structures support the leadership of groups and pedagogy. We are involved in the ProVaka operating model, which relies on guiding behavior with positive feedback. Adults act as role models for children, and the model supports inclusive early childhood education and a culture of cooperation.
