Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market motion across the full revenue lifecycle
- Partner with revenue leaders to define stories, proofpoints, and assets
- Partner with Enablement to determine field training needs and timing
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing on campaign themes and research agenda
- Lead Product Marketing partnership with Communications and PR for campaigns and visibility
- Refine AI-native production engine for asset creation at scale
- Lead, develop, and prioritise downstream Product Marketing team
- Travel ~15% for customer forums and team events
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, including enterprise B2B or B2B2C environments
- 4+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Proven track record owning go-to-market strategy across new business, renewals, and expansion
- Experience partnering with sales, customer success, enablement, growth marketing, communications, and creative teams
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience using generative AI and agentic tools to improve marketing workflows
- Strong analytical skills and ability to connect marketing activity to measurable business outcomes
- Proactive, organized approach to leading complex programs with many stakeholders
- Ability to travel ~15% of the year
