Practical Nurse

Ohjaaja Lohjalle is a Finnish vacancy for a Lähihoitaja at Tavana Haikari in Lohja. The position is full-time, fixed-term from 29 September 2026 to 13 August 2027, with two shifts: weekdays 7:00–20:30 and weekends 8:00–20:30. The role involves assisting, guiding and supporting developmentally disabled clients according to each client’s individual needs, providing everyday practical support, and integrating into a small, skilled team. The employer promotes personnel well-being through active daily living and shared well-being actions, offering community living for clients with disabilities in modern facilities near Lohjanjärvi in a natural setting.
