Construction Assistant

We are seeking energetic and motivated construction assistants for versatile site tasks. The role includes assisting on-site tasks such as keeping the worksite clean, moving materials, and general construction work. The job may involve demolition, protection, and preparation tasks and assisting other workers in daily tasks. We value a good work attitude, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in construction is a plus, but the willingness to learn is most important. A valid occupational safety card and good physical condition are required. The working language is Finnish, so fluent Finnish is expected. We also value reliable, flexible and upbeat work ethic. Jobs are available both on a casual and longer-term basis.
