We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee infrastructure construction projects of Aarsleff across Finland. In this role you will lead projects from tendering to handover and serve as a key interface between customers, site management and production. You will be responsible for the project’s successful delivery in terms of schedule, quality, safety and finances. You will act as a line manager to site supervisors and engage actively with client interfaces. The projects primarily target municipal infrastructure, utilities and industrial developments. Project scopes vary from a few weeks to several months. Educational background could be a building supervisor or engineer, but above all we value practical project leadership experience. Key duties: - Overall leadership and coordination of projects - Supervising site managers and providing support - Client and stakeholder collaboration - Subcontractor cost accounting and involvement in tender phases - Monitoring project schedule, costs and resources - Ensuring smooth production - Representing the company to clients, partners and other stakeholders
