Marketing Trainee

Marketing Trainee at Plugit Helsinki. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead as part of the Commercial team, handling day-to-day marketing tasks across social media content planning and publishing, customer marketing communications, content creation (blogs, downloadable guides, templates via HubSpot), events materials and coordination, website content updates, and campaigns support. The role requires strong Finnish and Swedish writing skills at a native level (with fluent English), ability to produce publish-ready text in all three languages, and comfort using AI tools for content creation. A suitable university degree (e.g., business/commercial studies) or near completion is expected. The position is a fixed-term 12 months with the possibility to develop into Marketing Specialist or Marketing Coordinator, based in Helsinki with a hybrid work model and occasional travel to Pirkkala and Sweden. Salary 2,000–2,500 EUR/month depending on experience.
