As a Dynamics 365 Developer at JM, you will work in a central system area where the CRM platform plays a key role in the entire customer journey, from marketing and sales to after-sales and customer dialogue. The role involves developing, maintaining, and managing the platform in close collaboration with business and IT functions. You will work in a modern Microsoft environment with Dynamics 365, .NET, and Azure components, focusing on creating sustainable and business-oriented solutions. Responsibilities include participating in sprint-based development, designing and implementing solutions in Dynamics 365 with C#/.NET and SDK, configuring CRM functionality, working with REST API integrations, troubleshooting, and contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing. You will also support junior colleagues and work on security and access issues. The ideal candidate has experience with .NET development, practical work with Dynamics 365 CRM, SDK, API integrations, Power Platform, agile methods, and can work on both new development and maintenance. Meritorious skills include Azure services, CI/CD, DevOps, containerization, AI tools, and experience in large, complex systems.
