Real Estate Specialist

Are you motivated to contribute to the development and management of a significant real estate portfolio in a growing technical trading company? We are seeking a REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST in Kauhajoki for a permanent position to strengthen IKH’s operational activities. The role mainly covers procurement, contracts and supplier network management for the company’s own properties and premises services, ensuring real estate supports business operations safely, reliably and cost-efficiently. As part of your duties you will oversee the maintenance, development and procurement of facilities at the Kauhajoki sites, lead collaboration with service providers and partners, and develop operating models to support long-term business needs. The role combines operational and strategic perspectives and includes coordination with other company sites. You will manage property-related services and investments, and handle maintenance, documentation and contracts. You will support business users and occupants with facility-related inquiries, troubleshoot faults, and act as the primary user of access control software. You will also be responsible for budgeting and cost monitoring related to facilities, and promote safety, energy efficiency and responsible development. The position involves collaboration with other sites, with emphasis on developing and managing Kauhajoki properties and premises, and requires an proactive, solution-oriented mindset, strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.
