Personal Assistant

Are you looking for a people-oriented job where you can become an important part of someone else's daily life? As a personal assistant, you will support clients in situations where they need help from another person, such as mobility, household chores, or leisure activities. The role aims to support the client's independence and ability to live their own life. The work is down-to-earth and adaptable to different situations. Tasks vary greatly and are always planned according to the client's needs. No prior experience is required as training is provided. We are always accessible and supportive to ensure safe and natural work. The work schedule is planned together to keep daily life functional and clear. Tasks include assisting a disabled or chronically ill client with daily activities at home or outside, such as cooking, laundry, cleaning, and supporting errands, hobbies, or work/studies. The work is mainly in morning shifts (Mon-Fri). The clients live across Helsinki, but a driver's license is not required. You are suitable if you are reliable, conscientious, proactive, and have a positive attitude. Empathy and helping others come naturally to you. Social and health care education is beneficial but not mandatory. A criminal background check is required for working with vulnerable persons. We hope you are: proactive, reliable, empathetic.
