Agentic AI Engineer

We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join our team in Helsinki or Dublin. You will own the platform layer that enables our GTM AI agent programme, including shared infrastructure, event routing, data connections, deployment pipelines, and observability. This is a software engineering role focused on production services on Google Cloud, not workflow automation. You will work with a fast-moving team and help shape the patterns used across the agents. Must have experience building and running production software, REST API and webhook integration, applied LLM experience in production, Google Cloud services (Cloud Run/GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Scheduler/Workflows, Cloud Logging & Monitoring), and SQL/BigQuery experience. Nice to have: Vertex AI, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk integrations, and experience in RevOps/MarketingOps context. Responsibilities include building and maintaining shared infrastructure for AI agents across the GTM org, ensuring agent connections to Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, owning the GTM Agent Registry, and maintaining observability and data quality in BigQuery.
