We are seeking a Special Educator in early childhood education to work across Håkansböle Daycare, Västersundom Preschool and Trollebo Daycare in Vanda. The role involves acting as an expert in support for early childhood pedagogy, guiding the units in planning, development and evaluation of children’s support processes, and collaborating closely with the daycare director, early childhood teachers and multiprofessional teams. You will mentor staff and guardians, and partial teaching and co-teaching is core to the role. You will be part of the unit management group and contribute to developing an inclusive culture. We offer a positive working community and opportunities to develop new ways of working, with a focus on child and adult well-being and participation. The positions are full-time with a six-month trial period, 38 h 15 min per week, located at multiple sites in Vanda.
