Preschool Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic early childhood education teacher to join Kielon Daycare in Vantaa. The role focuses on supporting child development through a warm, professional and communicative approach. The successful candidate will listen carefully to children and their guardians, contribute to a collaborative and supportive work community, and help create a meaningful daily life for children. Our day care operates with a three-educator model and emphasizes a friendly, inclusive atmosphere, with opportunities for outdoor activities and environmental education. The position is at Kielon Daycare in Lännen Valkoisenlähteentie, with good transport links. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds and value language skills. The daily work includes planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities in collaboration with the team to support each child's needs. Salary starts at 3,129.46 EUR per month, with allowances for master’s degree (+37.88 EUR/month) and other qualifications, plus 3–8% experience-based increase. The contract is permanent, with a 6-month probation period, 38 h 15 min per week, and full-time employment.
