Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for Vema Lift’s international sales, developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating bids and contracts in collaboration with the planning, production, materials management and management teams. The role involves active travel to meet clients and partners, support and expand the distributor network, and work closely with the commercial strategy and sales support processes. The position requires strong track record in sales and new client acquisition, commercial/technical education, and excellent communication and negotiation skills in Finnish and English; German and/or Spanish are advantageous. The candidate should be proactive, goal-oriented, capable of working independently or as part of a team, and willing to travel internationally.
