Class Teacher

We are seeking a class teacher for the 4th grade at Leppäkorven koulu, a combined school (grades 1–9) in Vantaa. The school hosts about 820 pupils in the 2026–27 school year and ~80 staff members. Located in Korso, near the main railway line with good transport connections, the modern facility offers up-to-date teaching tools. The teacher will be responsible for teaching their own class, contributing to school activities, and collaborating with other staff and guardians. The role involves planning and implementing school operations, participating in special days, and working as part of the teaching team in a student-centered environment. The school uses the ProKoulu operating model to promote positive student behavior and collaborative practices across the staff. The successful candidate will be employed under the Municipal teaching personnel collective agreement (OVTES). Salary is determined by OVTES. We require a valid criminal background check.
