The Kulttuuripaja offers a work trial position focusing on culture and well-being for youths. The role includes producing social media content and doing photography and videography (still and motion). The work trial includes small-group coaching sessions and physical activity. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–15:00. You will receive support in handling tasks and planning the future, including applying for work or study opportunities. The program targets residents of Vantaa aged 18–28 who are unemployed job seekers. Guidance is provided in Finnish, with a requirement to understand instructions in Finnish.
