Digital Communications Specialist

The vacancy describes a permanent Communications Specialist focused on digital communications, web content development, and social media. The role includes daily maintenance and development of Melas websites and social channels, content planning, and ensuring smooth customer journeys. You will produce communications content and support colleagues on communications questions. You will work as part of the communications team handling internal and external communications and supporting the organization in planning and implementation. Requirements include several years of communications experience, strong digital communications and web content development skills, social media planning and content creation experience, ability to produce clear customer-oriented accessible content, understanding of user-centered development of web services and accessibility requirements in system development, analytical mindset, and excellent Finnish language skills. Preference for Swedish and English skills and prior insurance experience.
