Enersense Engineering is currently looking for Project Planners to join our client's team in Helsinki, Finland, on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of significant and technically challenging projects where you can apply your planning expertise and play a key role in successful project delivery. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects progress according to schedule, efficiently and in a well-structured manner from early planning through to commissioning. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and other key stakeholders to support the successful execution of complex projects. Main tasks and responsibilities: * Develop, maintain and continuously improve detailed project schedules and planning processes * Prepare schedule plans to support bids, tenders, and project proposals * Monitor project progress and produce clear, analytical progress reports for management * Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure planning quality throughout the project lifecycle * Support client relationships and contribute to the development of long-term partnerships * Coordinate and update schedules throughout the pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases * Define resource requirements based on project schedules and scope * Identify schedule deviations and develop practical corrective actions * Represent planning and scheduling functions in meetings with clients and subcontractors * Support other projects as part of a collaborative project delivery team Requirements: * Relevant university degree in Engineering, Construction Management, * Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field * Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 * Previous experience in large-scale technical construction projects (e.g. infrastructure, oil & gas, data centres, or similar sectors) * Solid understanding of project scheduling, project phases, and planning principles * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and schedule-critical project environments * English language skills We understand that relocating for a new opportunity is a major decision.
