Practical Nurse

A part-time (75%) position for a Lähihoitaja is sought for the Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (Ostrobothnian welfare region) at Lövlunden’s assisted living in Luoto. The employment is permanent and starts on 1.10.2026 or as agreed. Working time is shift work. Lövlunden is a senior unit providing round-the-clock assisted living for people with various functional limitations. The unit has two group homes with 5+5 places and one apartment with 3 places. You work from a social-pedagogical and person-centered approach. Important values guiding our operations are client involvement, self-determination and freedom of choice. Requirements: a) A Lähihoitaja qualification or a qualification under the Decree on health care professionals (564/1994) or the Government Decree on social welfare professionals (153/2016). b) Satisfactory oral and written skills in both national languages of our country. c) Those who have completed Lähihoitajatutkinto are required to be registered in the Authority’s professional registers Terhikki and Suosikki. d) In addition, the selected person must have a valid vaccination certificate under section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act (1227/2016) and an extract from the criminal record as provided in section 6(2) of the Criminal Records Act. e) A trial period applies.
