Healthcare Assistant

We are looking for a healthcare assistant to Koivukartano in Isojoki. Join us to do meaningful work in enabling seniors to live well. Your duties include caregiving tasks in a 24/7 assisted living facility. Koivukartano, Isojoki operates as a unit of enhanced service housing for 26 elderly residents. As a member of a multidisciplinary team you’ll work with respect for the person, autonomy, and individual needs. Eligibility requires a Social Welfare and Health Care Vocational Qualification (practical nurse) and registration as a regulated professional in the Valvira registry. Conditions and pay follow the SOTE collective agreement. Starting pay is 2686.71 €/month. A probation period applies. A health certificate and a background check under Act 741/2023 §28 must be presented before starting. A drug test may be required. HYVAEP is a nicotine-free workplace. Vaccination protection under Health Act §48 and documentation under §55 regarding respiratory tuberculosis, salmonella, and a hygiene passport, as well as approved LOVe medication administration, are required. Original educational and work certificates will be checked if needed during an interview.
