Lathe and turning machine operator

Wellpack is seeking a lathe and turning machine operator for a permanent full-time position in Kerava, Finland. The company is part of an international technology group and operates in the manufacturing sector. The role focuses on machining rollers used in industrial equipment, including tasks such as turning, rough turning, grinding, measurement, and grooving. You will also perform machine maintenance, tool stock management, SAP entries, and maintain a tidy workstation, machines and surrounding areas. Work is in two shifts from Monday to Friday, at a well-connected site in Kerava. Requirements include vocational qualification in turning or a suitable equivalent education, proactive and responsible attitude, attention to detail and good organizational skills, willingness to learn, fluent Finnish, with CNC experience, English and prior industrial machining experience as a plus.
