Requirements
- Experienced line management or progression-ready payroll professional
- Relevant education or strong work-based skills
- Experience in payroll services and payroll processes
- Understanding of collective agreements basics
- Business-minded thinking and ability to drive profitability and develop services
- Customer-facing experience with willingness to develop client relationships long-term
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and organizational skills
- Proactive, persistent, solution-oriented work approach
- Ability to leverage technology and systems for service and customer experience
- Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage
- Willingness to serve customers also in Swedish in Vaasa region
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
