Your role as a child care worker: you are an important part of the team that creates a safe, engaging and learning-supporting daily life for children. You participate in supporting the growth, development and learning of children together with the team, families and the whole workplace. Your core tasks are: - Implementing pedagogy: participate in planning and evaluating high-quality early childhood education as part of the team, using your strengths. Implement small-group and full-day pedagogy in line with Touhula Rhythm. - Responsibility for your own small group: you are responsible for your own small group’s activities and participate in pedagogical documentation and the preparation of early childhood plans with the team. - Caring for the learning environment: ensure the group learning environment is varied, safe and tidy. - Positive customer experience: build trust and open interaction with families. We offer a salary for a full-time worker between €2,449.58 and €2,749.79 per month. The final salary depends on years of work experience and any role-specific or personal pay supplements. We expect: - Qualification as a child caregiver under the Finnish varhaiskasvatuslaki. - Ability to build open and professional interaction with all stakeholders. - Responsible work attitude and willingness to try new approaches to actively develop professional skills. - Criminal record certificate and infectious disease clearance as required by law.
