Outdoor area worker

We are looking for a brisk outdoor area worker for a gig-based, temporary position in Oulu. In the outdoor area worker role you will work on a gig basis as a relief during illness as well as a temporary replacement, at an assigned outdoor site in Oulu. In the summer, tasks include litter patrol and other current duties such as mowing and weeding; in winter tasks include stairwell and entrance snow removal and gritting. Summer shifts start on weekdays from 6 a.m.; in winter you will mostly work early weekend mornings. Work starts as soon as a suitable person is found under the contract. We expect you to have a positive attitude and good work ethic, as well as flexibility in work hours. Previous experience in outdoor area work and good Finnish language skills are appreciated. Suitability for physical work and the ability to work in all weather is required. A B-class driving license is an asset. We offer gig-based and independent work outdoors, a friendly team, and a short multi-day onboarding at the start of the job. We follow the Property Services Sector collective agreement; pay is in accordance with the collective agreement, as per clause PL 3.
