As a waiter you play a key role in creating smooth, warm, memorable dining and service experiences for athletes, children and youths, corporate clients, and leisure guests. You will work at Kisakallio Campus across different restaurant and event environments, including Restaurant Sport, Makasiini seaside restaurant, villas, and event venues. The job is varied and performed in close collaboration with the kitchen and other campus service teams. Main duties include customer service and serving in daily restaurant operations and at events; cash handling and store work; À la carte, bar, and on-demand service; ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of the dining room; using reservation and reporting systems such as Willba and Teams; collaboration with kitchen and other service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Requirements: experience in restaurant customer service; friendly, customer-oriented and flexible approach even in busy situations; initiative and good cooperation and communication skills; willingness to develop and participate in restaurant operations; valid hygienic passport and alcohol service license; strong Finnish oral and written skills; B-driver's license and ability to use own car are required for Kisakallio.
