Your impact As an AI Coach, you will empower teams to leverage Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini effectively to address complex business questions and enhance productivity across business functions. Your role will involve delivering impactful demonstrations, facilitating hands-on training, and supporting teams as they redesign workflows and build AI assistants and agents providing guidance to maximize the value of AI tools within the organization. Through your extensive experience using our client’s approved AI tools in professional environments, you will bridge the gap between technology and business needs, ensuring seamless adoption and practical application. We are currently adding AI Coaches to our Expert Network, in anticipation of projects that will launch this year and next year. This is a proactive hiring effort, where you will participate in our interview process and be added to our Expert Network. Once approved for our Expert Network, our team will be able to share various opportunities for you to support projects, programs, and our learners. If you are already a member of our Expert Network, you do not need to apply to this role. You are already in our system. If you are currently participating in a Correlation One program as a learner, please note that, in line with our policy, we can only consider your application once your learner engagement is completed successfully (graduated).

Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging demonstrations to showcase Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini capabilities, tailored to different business outcomes and functions
- Provide hands-on coaching and training sessions to help employees integrate Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini into their daily workflows
- Share best practices and use advanced case examples to facilitate Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini adoption
- Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini usage to ensure it meets business needs and drives efficiency
- Partner with teams to identify business challenges and develop AI-enabled workflows and build assistants or agents
- Support hands-on build sessions: mapping workflows, configuring AI assistants and agents, connecting them to approved data and documents, and applying responsible AI practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific business requirements and customize Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini applications accordingly
- Participate in internal dry runs and client orientation calls ahead of delivery to align on session goals, audience, and content before working with learners
- Support learners during live, instructor-led virtual sessions, providing real-time, hands-on help as participants apply AI tools to their own work
- Work within a structured curriculum, partnering with facilitators to reinforce session content and keep learners on track toward the program's goals
- Stay up to date with the latest AI capabilities, including new models, AI assistants and agents, tools for building them, and ways to connect AI to company data and systems
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in coaching, training, or consulting roles related to AI tools and digital workplace solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to analyze business challenges and recommend AI-driven solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach
- Ability to support teams with varied levels of AI and data expertise
