Arms Store Supervisor

XXL Suomenoja is seeking a full-time Arms Store Supervisor to lead arms and ammunition sales at Espoo Department Store. You will be responsible for ensuring the handling of arms and ammunition complies with current legislation. As a salesperson, your main goal is to ensure customers have a positive shopping experience. We work across departments where your expertise is needed. Responsibilities include sales and customer service, coaching new employees, ensuring campaigns are executed as planned, responsibility for the store’s arms and ammunition stock and regulatory reporting, training staff on arms and ammunition handling, and compliance with licensing under the Arms Trade Act.
