As a property supervisor, you will lead the operational management of the municipality's properties and participate in planning and execution of maintenance, major repairs, and investments. You work closely with facilities services, user departments, contractors and other stakeholders. The position starts on 1 January 2027. Your duties include leading property upkeep and maintenance, supervising staff in property management, preparing and supervising repair and maintenance projects, directing procurement and contractors and monitoring contracts, developing technical condition, safety and energy efficiency of facilities, monitoring finances and reporting from your own result area, and participating in municipal construction and development projects.

Requirements
- A AMK degree in civil/structural engineering or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in building maintenance and/or construction management
- Valid B-class driving license
- Excellent Finnish oral and written proficiency (native or equivalent)
