Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an energetic and positive Sales Assistant Manager for our Normal store. As an assistant store manager you play a key role in creating a unique shopping and customer experience for customers. You work as a team with the store manager, motivating and developing employees in an open and cheerful environment. Together you ensure the store operates efficiently and meets sales targets. Visual merchandising and team leadership are your passions. You will get to familiarize yourself with your role alongside top professionals whose aim is to provide you with a strong start for professional and personal growth and development.
