Primary location: VANTAA Floor Service Manager, Original Sokos Hotel Vantaa Original Sokos Hotel Vantaa is a legendary hotel of events and stories in the heart of Tikkurila. We are looking for an experienced Floor Service Manager to join the restaurant team at Original Sokos Hotel Vantaa. The work is diverse and takes place in all the hotel's restaurants: Amarillo, Rosso Pizza, Tulisuudelma, Pub Hertas, and Night Vantaa. We offer a permanent, part-time (90h/3 weeks) employment contract. As a Service Manager, you will act as the supervisor for your shift team and enable their success in their work. In addition to excellent frontline management, it is important to be able to organize shifts and combine high-quality and efficient operations. You lead the shift positively by your own example in an occasionally hectic work environment and changing situations. In this role, you are key to creating unforgettable experiences for our customers. You will report to the Restaurant Manager. We expect strong experience in supervisory roles within the restaurant industry. We especially value versatile bar expertise (bartender training is an advantage) and experience from à la carte restaurants. The position requires excellent Finnish language skills, as the work includes responding to customer feedback and handling various background tasks in Finnish. Above all, we are looking for a person with an excellent attitude, a strong service spirit, and the ability to inspire and lead the team by example.
