We are seeking a forklift operator/warehouse worker for a factory in Karstula on a temporary-to-permanent loan, to handle palletizing, loading and order picking for shipments. The work begins as soon as possible. Duties include picking products and assembling packages for transport, operating a forklift to move long pieces up to about 12 meters and various sizes, safe and efficient loading of trucks, and collaborating with production and transport companies. Work is mainly outdoors in a warehouse/loading area requiring accuracy, situational awareness, and a strong safety mindset. Shifts available are morning shift 6:00–14:30 or day shift 8:00–16:30, with potential transition to two-shift work. Requirements include strong experience in loading with forklift and crane, especially handling long pieces, experience in loading into trucks, and the ability to work independently with good motivation. We offer a permanent job through a temp assignment, quick start, and a diverse and responsible role with thorough onboarding.
