Coach

Ajax-Sarkkiranta ry is seeking coaches for the 2026-2027 season. Open coaching positions include youth phase head coaches (primarily U12-U13 / 8v8) and coaches for the elite phase (U15-U18 / 11v11) and adults. Part-time. We expect execution and organizational skills, experience working with children, responsible work attitude, teamwork abilities, and Finnish language proficiency. Preferred: football background and coaching or guidance trainings; education in pedagogy and/or physical education; experience in club activities; UEFA C level coaching or plan to pursue training. Ajax-Sarkkiranta ry follows the collective agreement for sports organizations. Compensation depends on coaching responsibility, scope, and experience.
